Information we may collect

When you contact Murtenix Labs, we may receive information you choose to provide, such as your name, work email, company, area of interest, and the contents of your message. Standard server logs may also contain technical information such as browser type, device details, and access timestamps, depending on the hosting configuration.

The forms in this demonstration website operate locally in your browser and do not transmit submissions to a server. A production deployment must clearly disclose any connected form service, analytics, cookies, or other data collection.

02

How information may be used

Information may be used to respond to enquiries, evaluate potential collaborations, provide requested information, maintain website security, and meet legal obligations. We do not recommend entering sensitive personal data, passwords, security credentials, or confidential incident details into general enquiry forms.

03

Sharing and service providers

Personal information should only be shared with service providers who need it to support legitimate business operations, or where disclosure is required by law. A live site operator should identify the relevant providers, establish appropriate contractual safeguards, and describe any international transfers that may apply.

04

Retention and security

Information should be retained only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, subject to applicable legal requirements. Appropriate technical and organizational safeguards should be used to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure.

05

Your privacy rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information, as well as rights to data portability or to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Requests should be assessed in accordance with the law that applies to the actual data controller.

06
